Next Generation NOG mouse
List : Next Generation NOG mouse
NOG-EXL
- This strain is expressed with hGM-CSF and hIL3, which is human cytokines, inducing differentiation into myeloid cells.
NOG-ΔMHC
- MHC (Class I, Class II) deficient NOG mouse, which is severely immunodeficient mouse.
- Since mouse MHC is deficient, GVHD against xenotransplantation is greatly attenuated.
- GVHD after hPBMC engrafted is alleviated and long-term studies are able to be performed.
NOGF
- This strain is a FcgR knockout mouse derived from NOG mouse.
- Because the innate immunity includes macrophages of mouse is attenuated, the antitumor effects of immune checkpoint-inhibiting antibodies in humanized mouse engrafted with hematopoietic stem cells can be clearly evaluated compared to conventional humanized NOG mouse.
NOG-IL15
- This strain is hIL-15 expressing NOG mouse.
- When human hematopoietic stem cells are engrafted, differentiation into NK cells becomes dominant compared to conventional NOG mouse.
- Differentiated NK cells express various NK receptors and produce granzyme A and perforin.
- Human NK cells can be engrafted and proliferated by engrafting PBMC-derived CD56+ NK cells. Suitable for studying Antibody-dependent Cellular Cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity.
NOG-IL2
- This is a severely immunodeficient NOG mouse that expresses hIL-2.
- Differentiation of engrafted hematopoietic stem cells into NK cells is promoted, and the number of CD56-positive NK cells is more than 10 times higher than that of conventional NOG mouse.
- Differentiated NK cells express various NK receptors and also produce Granzyme A and Perforin.
- Suitable for studying Antibody-Dependent Cellular Cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity.
- It is suitable as a model for engraftment and differentiation of IL2-dependent cells such as hematological tumors.
NOG-IL6
- This is a severely immunodeficient NOG mouse that expresses hIL-6.
- Differentiation of engrafted hematopoietic stem cells into monocytes is promoted.
- It is a suitable model for studies of tumor associate macrophages (TAM) or for the tumor transplantation model of IL-6 dependent acute myeloid leukemia.
TK-NOG
- TK-NOG mouse designed to express HSV-TK (Herpes Simplex Virus-1 Thymidine Kinase) in the liver under the control of the albumin gene enhancer/promoter and to induce liver-specific damage by ganciclovir administration.
- Human livers can be reconstituted by transplantation of normal human liver cells via the splenic portal vein into mice with liver injury.
